Learn more →For Fulham buildings, we supply, replace and check fire-rated curtain walling wherever the fire strategy depends on it, working to the tested system rather than the glass alone.

We supply and install fire-rated curtain walling and fire-rated zones within standard curtain walling, alongside the fire-stopping at slab edges. External wall work is closely scrutinised after recent regulatory changes, so every element we fit is backed by evidence for its position.
In England, materials in the external walls of relevant buildings 18 metres or more in height are restricted. We coordinate with the facade designer on every component.
External fire glass must be suitable for UV and weather exposure, usually in a sealed double-glazed unit with the fire pane positioned as tested.
Work on higher-risk residential buildings in England goes through the Building Safety Regulator, which needs full product evidence at the design stage.
Building work in England is covered by the Building Regulations 2010, with fire safety guidance in Approved Document B and impact safety guidance for glazing in Approved Document K.
Once a building is in use, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the responsible person to maintain fire safety measures, including fire-resisting glazing. The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 add duties for multi-occupied residential buildings, including fire door checks in buildings over 11 metres.
In higher-risk buildings, broadly 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes, the Building Safety Regulator is the building control authority. England is also phasing out BS 476 references from Approved Document B, with the remaining fire-resistance references due to go in September 2029.
Whether the building is in central Fulham or the wider SW6, SW5, W6, W14, SW10, W8 districts, we can survey and quote. We also cover Chelsea, Putney, Battersea. Fulham sits within our Greater London coverage, alongside Chelsea.
We can phase work in Fulham around residents, staff or pupils, with out-of-hours options.
After survey you get a fixed written quote for the agreed scope, so Fulham budgets are not open-ended.
If an existing frame in a Fulham building has no traceable evidence, we say so and price the options rather than guess.

Yes. External fire-rated glazing is usually supplied as a sealed unit with the fire pane in a tested position.
Typically where the facade is near a boundary, where it encloses a protected stair or lobby, or where fire spread between floors has to be controlled. The fire strategy sets the requirement.
Building work in Fulham follows the Building Regulations 2010 and Approved Document B, and occupied buildings are covered by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
