What changes the price?
- Classification: insulating (EI) glass costs far more than integrity (E) glass
- Pane size and weight, and whether lifting equipment is needed
- Frame system: timber, aluminium, steel or frameless
- Access, working height, out-of-hours working and phasing
- Whether existing frames have evidence or need replacing

Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT because most work is commercial. The table also shows each figure including VAT at 20%.
Why is insulated fire glass so much more expensive?
It is a multi-layer product with specialist interlayers, and it is heavier, so frames and handling cost more.
